Inner Reflections Counseling Center

Note: If you are covered by Nebraska Total Care (NTC), The contract between Inner Reflections and NTC will be ending in August 2024. Heritage Health has 3 options for coverage for Nebraska Medicaid Members in 2024. They are Nebraska Total Care, United Health Care and Molina. What this means is that if you are covered by NTC, and you see a therapist at Inner Reflections Counseling Center, LLC (IRCC), IRCC will be out of network and no longer under a contract with NTC as the contract in place is ending in August. Unless there is other information available that this agency is unaware of, this means that without an active contract, NTC will not cover your care. If you are a present client and identified member of NTC your therapist will be informing you of options in June. If you are a past client wanting to reestablish services, or a new member wanting to seek services from a therapist here, we want you to be informed. At IRCC, we believe transparency is important.

Presently, NTC is not covering services or claims submitted, requesting documentation (session notes). Session Notes are being sent with claims as timely as they are being requested by NTC. The fee-for-service contract in place governs services IRCC is able to provide or deliver to NTC members Pending approval or denial, care may be disrupted by NTC for its Members at/with IRCC. We understand this may be a significant adjustment, and we are committed to assisting you through this transition. Please speak to your therapist to discuss options, or referrals to other providers within your insurance network.  Recommendations for transition of care include, but are not limited to Heartland Counseling and Lutheran Family Services. We also encourage you to work with the care management team, and/or case management representative for additional support, as identified in the Nebraska Total Care member handbook.
